The G.R. Patil College is situated in a lush well maintained Campus known as the G.R. Patil College Campus in a prime location, near the Mumbra railway station on 16 acres of land. The College itself comprises of the main building of G+3 floors (built in 1978), one annexe building with ground floor, and a new building of G+3 floors (built in 2006), two well maintained sports grounds, one parking lot, the Botanical Garden, a hothouse, and a Vermicomposting unit.

Today "Mumbra Shikshan Prasarak Mandal " runs 8 primary schools, 7 secondary schools, 4 junior colleges, 2 Degree colleges and one technical institute which educate approximately 10000 students with help of 300 teachers and 75 non - teaching staff.

Keeping in view the academic growth of the College in terms of the increase in the number of courses, and the increase in the number of divisions since 2003, the infrastructure has been greatly augmented to keep pace with the demand.
